Well, it’s been a while since I started learning about Professional/Personal Learning Networks (PLNs). I did become pretty bogged down in completing my assignment at uni. Now that’s over, I’m focussing on expanding my PLN in teaching adult students learning English as an additional language (EAL).

I’ve been following more people on Twitter, but I’m finding it hard to find people who focus on adult EAL learners. In the next week, I’m going to see if there is anything relevant that was discussed in the recent IATEFL conference.

Kahoot and Quizlet for interactive vocabulary games. I’ve created lots of quizzes that anyone can use.
Let’s Talk About… worksheets on ISL Collective. I split these up into individual cards, give one card to each student and have them go around and interview the other students.
